MAKING A DIFFERENCE
In collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Christian Council of Ghana, Flowers School of Technology and Management honoured a request to run a two-day intensive workshop on Innovation and Entrepreneurship on 29-30 July 2009 in Accra, Ghana. Thirty-two DAFI scholars participated in the workshop.

Ex-DAFI graduate, Bryant Slah, (pictured left), is the Founder and Principal of Precious Jewel International School at the Liberian Refugee Camp in Ghana. He has engaged fellow Ex-DAFI graduates as teachers and together they focus on Child Education at the refugee camp. Refugee Education is key to empowerment.
